<p>When following low carb programs you will be restricting your calorific intake, but a proportion of the weight lost is usually water weight, which can lead to chronic dehydration. The reason for this is that carbs couple with water when stored in the muscles, therefore if you intake and store less calories from carbohydrates, then you will also retain less fluid. <p>The team&#8217;s home field is Regency Furniture Stadium, with a capacity of 4,200. They play in the Liberty Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The League is separate from Major League Baseball.</p>
<p>The team is named after the blue crab, which is indigenous to the area and is the official state crustacean. Maryland has the unusual distinction of actually having an official crustacean. In the same way that the fan base of the St Louis Cardinals is termed, the &#8216;Cardinal Nation&#8217;, fans of the team from Waldorf are referred to as the &#8216;Crustacean Nation&#8217;. Similarly, the fans of the Boston Red Sox are nicknamed, the &#8216;Red Sox Nation&#8217;.</p>
<p>The Latin name for the state crab is Callinectes sapidus. As well as in the western Atlantic Ocean, it makes its home in the Pacific Ocean, off the Central American coast, and in the Gulf of Mexico. It has also made appearances in the Mediterranean, North, Baltic and Black Seas. C. Sapidus has been introduced to the waters off Japan.</p>
<p>Apparently, the residents of Central America do not consider the meat a sufficient delicacy to warrant the labor of picking it out of the shell to eat. It is a completely different kettle of fish in the northeastern United States, where it has spawned the growth of an entire fishing industry. When approaching a pile of blue crabs for the very first time, it is recommended to be coached by an experienced crab-picker. It gets messy, but it is worth it.</p>
<p>According to Greek mythology, Hydra, the many-headed Guardian of the Underworld, sent a crab to slay Heracles by poking at his feet. Heracles, instead, kills Hydra.
