These days, you can get things done as easily as you want it to be. Getting from point A to B, for instance, is no longer a hassle since there are different transportation modes available. And if you happen to reside in a really modernized city, getting to a destination, even if it is just a small distance, will not require walking since there are escalators around the city. These modern-day perks, however, also have downsides. One of them is the rise in sedentary lifestyle, which is a primary cause of obesity and heart attack.
